Audionet - Networked Audio for Windows

I run a small embedded linux box with a soundcard connected to my stereo with MPD on it. For normal music consumption this is perfect, but sometimes I would like to use this audio link for rendering some Youtube music videos or other media playback. On my Apple devices this works already using AirPlay, but the available AirPlay software for Windows did not work well for me. In order to get a working solutation and  even support more player applications I started to develop Audionet a full windows audio driver which uses Windows Sockets Kernel for sending the PCM stream to an audio server on a different computer. Currently it only supports raw PCM streaming via UDP, but I am planning to add RAOP or Airtunes 2 support.
